2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
2.1 Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled excursion are eligible for a full refund.
2.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled excursion are non-refundable.
2.3 No-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for refunds.
3. Changes and Modifications:
3.1 Changes to the date or time of your excursion are subject to availability.
3.2 Any modifications must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled excursion.
3.3 We reserve the right to modify or cancel excursions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative excursion will be offered.
4. Participant Responsibility:
4.1 Participants must be in good health and notify us of any medical conditions that may affect their participation.
4.2 Participants are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time.
4.3 Any behavior deemed disruptive or unsafe may result in the participant being excluded from the excursion without a refund.
5. Liability:
5.1 Cappadocia Travel Store is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to participants or their belongings during the excursion.
5.2 Participants are advised to have their own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
6. Weather Conditions:
6.1 Excursions are subject to weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather, Cappadocia Travel Store reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the excursion.
6.2 In case of cancellation due to weather, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
7. Pricing:
7.1 Prices are per person and include all taxes unless otherwise specified.
7.2 Cappadocia Travel Store reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in operating costs or external factors.
